Tiziana Merletti is the Secretary of Dicastery for Consecrated Life.
She is a Franciscan Sister of the Poor since 1986, served as Superior General of the congregation from 2004 to 2013, residing in the United States during those years.
She is an expert in Canon Law and also holds a civil law degree from an Italian university.
Sr. Tiziana currently acts as a consultant to congregations of consecrated women, provides leadership training, and works in the area of care and protection of minors and vulnerable adults.
